You are eligable for a return if your order:

• If your order was placed after 28 April 2012.
  

• All tickets and labels are intact and returned.
  
• The item is in a resaleable condition
  
• The item is non of the following: Riding Hat, Book, DVD, Computer Game, Underwear, Jewellery, Food Products (including treats and supplements) or "Lotions & Potions" (including but not limited to shampoos, sprays, creams and oils)
  
• Your item is not faulty - If it is you must contact us immediately by phone or email
